We have a small porch on the front of the house we never used, so John and I fixed it up for the cats. They have a wrought iron bench and table too... :D Talk about spoiled. This is where we throw the cats when we have company. They love it out there and sometimes even lizards come thru the bars which they love to catch.

I have a green plastic table and chair set and matching green "Adirondack" chairs. They're almost indestructible! :D

Yes, I have seen the green plastic andirondack chairs. They are great. I would of got some next, but we are downsizing for our hopeful move. I hope my wrought iron set fits when we move. It is just a small round table and chairs with unbrella in the middle. It may.

Got rid of them after we had to ditch our camp site, only have 2 old-fashioned web chairs for our so called deck at our apt, much better & cheaper to ove and store when we get those nasty t-storms/snow storms

Used to have 4 white plus a white table, but they had gotten stained beyond help so we trashed 'em. Now we have a glass top table and 6 metal/mesh chairs from Sears and an iron set the in-laws gave us (we have 2 patios - one screened and one not).

We've got 10 plastic chairs for the lanai, pool and gazebo areas, a wrought iron set, a glass-topped bar/table/sidebar set w/wood & metal seating, wicker, a hammock and a futon to seat 15 more heineys (we kinda like entertaining).

Party, anyone? :D

Does anyone know how to "save" the plastic chairs? They take quite a beating in the elements.

I've seen a Krylon paint for plastics to refurb colors - has anyone tried this yet?

Thanks!

Yes, I have painted mine green before. I buy the paint in the can. You can get a special paint for plastic chairs now. I do not like the spray, drips and looks tacky on the chairs.
It is a shame to throw them away. You could check the net for the name of the paint for those chairs, I forgot the name.

Wow, you have a fabulous set of outdoor furniture. We have a hammock and some nice furniture, but you have a party outdoors... :D

Our patio around the pool only holds what we have. We are building a bigger deck off the bedrooms, but we are planning on moving, so I do not need to buy furniture for that.
