There's a semi-permanent low down there. This complex is showing some good inflow(turning) on the early morning Visible sat loop. It may earn a Bear watching if it persist.

Now that's a good one mempho! But...it's not official yet.

In the short term, the GFS does put a low down there, but really doesn't do anything with it.

It(GFS) does on the last 3 runs anyway, bring a Weak low nw into Central America and then forms another weak low south of Cuba and moves it NE.

Maybe, but I think it will gradually move into the Caribbean or part of it drift northward.

It looks like it's becoming more and more emerged over open waters. Shear values in that area are 10 - 20kts and decreasing overhead, however, shear is increasing just north of the blob.
