Oh I do think we have home grown stuff...Those tracks are just general ones. I didn't want to clutter the map up too much.

Great! :)

My 3 yr old will help with his crayons! But he tends to draw circles so the TC's might keep hitting the coast multiple times :)

At least your graphic forecast can be given more credit, remember the other on the NHC made earlier this year it look liked a kid colored it randomly.

Thanks for the comments!! Well, I think we all have a shot to see some kind of tropical system this year. I think the Florida is heavily under the gun again this year. I wouldn't be suprised to see a landfall coming from the GOM and from the atlantic. We shall see tho!

As it potentially is every year when a busy season is forecast.

To Floridians, particularly peninsular persons, I offer this impromptu ode:

(to the tune of "My Bonnie"...kids, just Google it if you missed it in elementary school music class  )

Your state it sticks out in the ocean,
Your state it rests be-tween the seas,
The riskiest locale for hurricanes
Is the result of ge-o-graphy!

Don't aim that! Don't aim that!
Don't aim that 3-day cone at me, at me!
Don't aim that! Don't aim that!
Don't aim that 3-day cone at me!

Seriously tho', here's wishing y'all, your loved ones, and property stay outside "the cone" all season.

Interesting. And you got my part of Louisiana in the high risk red zone.
