GFS run

could this be our first cape verde system? it develops a 1009mb low right off the coast of affrica!

It will suffer the usual early season problems this year until it gets much closer to the Islands..Poof..Pop..Poof..Pop..LLC relocation..Pop?

I noticed this area last nite, It sure seems way to healthy for this time of year. Watch out Islands I doubt yall will get off easy this year.

I predicted awhile back that the Cape Verde area,unlike last year,will be busy this year. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw less homegrown and more that have their beginnings way out in the East Atlantic :eek:

The same run that James posted but this time at 72 hours drops that low.

Yeah I noticed that. I had already posted before I saw that it droped it! lol I guess for now on I need to wait until I see the whole model run before making a post! lol

I think it is just picking up on the fact that the Atlantic as a whole is getting ripe for formation.
