Granted, I'd assume rapid intensification won't pan out to bring "it" beyond say a Tropical Storm but certainly some much needed rain is coming to the Suncoast.
SST's are in the upper 80's, and it at least appears to be getting convection around the center. LLC forthcoming wave and subsequent convective concentration I'D BET within 24 hrs.
