dixie, the POD still has takeoff listed at 11:30EDT, 1530Z, so the first datasets will be coming in around 11:20 and the plane is scheduled to make the center around 1800Z, or 2pm eastern, just in time for when the intermediate advisory would be issued if Cuba decides to put up some warnings here by the 11am advisory.

Or maybe before 2 PM EDT they will reach the system.

When the plane takes off at 11:30 AM EDT it will be from yes Biloxi after what occured during Katrina there.Good to see them flying from there again.

No transmission yet so no takeoff has occured.Unless they have a plane available that may takeoff from a place more close to the system.

I am starting to think as it is almost an hour when they were supposed to haved takenoff that this mission was cancelled due to the organization of the system that is very poor.
