Cities Population

Hey this topic going about your cities population. My is:
Ballina: 47,200
Lismore: 75,000
Byron Bay: 32,800

Our region area is about 280,900 people. Australia's fastest growing region with Ballina is Australia's fastest growing demand. :eek:

Utrecht with suburbs: 577.910 as of 1/1/2005

In Irving, the population is 201,927 (as of 2006) and still growing.

Dallas: 1,210,393 (as of 2004)
Ft. Worth: 603,337 (as of 2004)

Okaloosa County, Fl (including Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, Crestview, etc..) as of the 2000 census had a population of 170,498.

Population (year 2000): 110,257
Est. population in July 2004: 111,966 (+1.6% change)

The population has probably increased 25,000-40,000 since Katrina. I'm not sure of the exact number but we're busting at the seams here.

Population (year 2000): 1,953,631, Est. population in July 2004: 2,012,626 (+3.0% change)
That is within the city limits of Houston. Metro population is almost 5M as of last census.

Muncy is about 2,000 people. Two stoplights. four bars, Four churches.

Williamsport is the nearest city, if you could call it that: about 30,000 people.

In US there is alot of cities like our Lismore and Ballina, anyway how does that thee is alot of people in mini major cities than using other really major ones?
