Spears considering next birth in Namibia

#1 Postby Janice » Sun Jun 18, 2006 6:35 am

You have got to be kidding.....

WINDHOEK, Namibia (AP) -- Following in the steps of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Britney Spears is considering a Namibian birth for her next baby, a government official said Friday.

Deputy Environment and Tourism Minister Leon Jooste said officials have received an inquiry on behalf of the 24-year-old pop star, who has a 9-month-old son, Sean Preston, with husband Kevin Federline.

I've considered going to Windhoek for my next colonoscopy. I simply despise the papparazzi sneaking photos of me. Especially when the doctors are making jokes about Brokeback Mountain. Unlike Angelina....I do not donate 1/3 of my income to anyone......so.......it's possible I will have to settle for some place else that is similar to Namibia. But where could that be? In Namibia the population is segregated. You have whites, coloureds and blacks. And the whites need an escort to go out at night.

Maybe I'll just go to Jackson, Mississippi.

Britney just cant handle the fact that she has become a has-been. She's so desperate for some positive press that she's trying to emulate Angelina. The Namibian govt was great to Angelina because she's donated so much money to humanitarian causes there, like $4M!! I dont think Britney can even spell humanitarian.

So Brit, here's some advice, keep your breasts covered up, wear a longer skirt or some more flattering pants, wash your face, brush your hair, and stay behind the gates of your home for a while. The press cant talk smack about you if you dont give them anything to talk about.

If she was a has-been, the paparrazzi wouldn't be following her around everywhere she goes.

considering the last record she put out was in 2004, i'd have to disagree. the only thing she puts out now, is, well, that's obvious...

my opinion is that they follow her around because it's lucrative to photograph her fall into wherever she's headed...

I think what she is doing is just like Madonna has always done. Shock the world and get all the publicity she can. It is a shame this is the only way to get attention. At least Jolie has a wonderful cause and an acting career. What a waste of years in a persons life with no positive direction to go in mind.

Gee, I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that she decided to take a break to have kids... Hmmmm...

The fact remains, papparrazzi are not in the habit of following has-beens around. Magazines don't pay for photos of has-beens.

Just to correct the topic of the thread, Britney's publicist has denied this report. Also, the author of the original report has admitted that it is probably untrue and was based on a tip from someone who was in no position to know such information.

Yes, will Jolie's baby have US citizenship since it was born outside the US?

I believe so, since both of her parents are U.S. Citizens.
