lol. I remember during Hurricane Charley, Frances and Jeanne those things would always blow over first. I lived in an area where there was some construction going on at the time, so I always had the pleasure of watching them flip and roll down the road. :lol:

If the cans were dented to the point where they leaked or could not be opened without making a mess I guess that would be damage. I just cant see myself as a spotter reporting something like that :lol:
