Big problems coming for Maryland heavy flooding. Evac might be needed for low lying flood proned homes up there.

I already looked at the visible loop and I can't find any circulation in this Invest, yes this has become better organized but it still lacks an LLC and I'm afraid that when RECON get there they might just leave as an Invest or a weak TD.

Oh well you know the old saying. If quacks like a duck and walks like a duck and looks like a duck then it must be a duck. I say it's a duck.

Well RECON will give them a chance for classification if the data supports it. There could be a Tiny LLCC TD but never get to TS status before landfall. We have been suprised before and sattelite looks impressive.. I would not freak on a TS..short lived it will be.. Eitherway a nasty wet day for NC and northward at least..

That's from the rain that moved through here over the weekend. Not related to the invest.

there is moderate to major flooding in the Delaware and Susquehanna basins.

On the northern side theres a east wind, also there appears to be southwest winds on the southwest side. With converging winds which could be a small LLC under the southwestern side of the convection. Come on Beryl!!!

All kidding aside this does look very much like at least a TD and if not the BEST looking Invest I've ever seen in my lifetime.

Here's the latest surface plot with the mid level center identified by an "X" and the LLC inland as an 'L". Recon seems to be flying well south of the radar and satellite indicated circulation:

If it is declared a depression, expect TS Warnings immediately for the NC coast...

You sure? I've been looking at it and it looks like this Invest is trying really hard to become a TC right now IMO this looks like a TD.

They better find an LLC in this Invest because it already looks like a TS!

Personnel this is one of those systems not even can really tell if theres a LLC. I know that MLC looks amazing. In what appears to be winds broadly sping at the low levels might be a LLC. But I'm not sure in thats not good for them to find one.

I think this will probably become beryl, but it probably wont be till after it makes landfall...i expect this thing to spend very little time over land, due to the fact that it appears to be moving very fast...i wouldnt be surprised to see a TD before landfall if not a very weak TS, it moves thru NC back out to sea and strengthens a little more before it goes extratropical
