Floyd like Situation

Stalled front, tropical system. Do the math, just like Floyd in 1999.

kinda looks like a mini Floyd

No, it is definitely more Floyd than Agnes. Actually, it's more Tammy than anything else. Agnes was very much different in that it stalled to the northeast and the rain was from overrunning from northeast winds. This situation is tropical rains training over the same area from south to north along a stalled frontal boundary, like Floyd, almost identical to Tammy.

Many gusts well over 40mph being reported to the east of the low. Some places will likely see some minor wind damage with the flooding rains.

It finally stopped raining in Philly and it's not raining in Wrightstown NJ when I got in...the sun came out in Philly but not here yet in NJ

It stopped raining by about 7:00 am at my house.

The rain was gone when I woke up, about 2 inches total where I'm at.
