Extremely hot

#1 Postby Brent » Wed Jun 21, 2006 4:09 pm

Birmingham, AL hit 100 today for the first time since August 29, 2000. First time in June since June 26, 1988.

I recorded 101.3 here, but I think that might be a degree or two too high. Regardless it's extremely hot. There are a few isolated showers around(one close right now), but they are few and far between.

Rome, GA is at 104 right now! :shocked!:

And I thought 94 in a dry heat was hot enough... (not an unusual temperature, I just don't like heat).

It felt hot up here at 77 (but with a 74 dewpoint) today...

Texas has cooled off a little bit. We only made it to 91 yesterday - I wore jeans for the first time in 2 months! :)

It's not hot where I'm at, just ungodly humid.

I agree 104 is hot. ;) This coming from a native Arizona resident. We've only had 28 of those type of days this year, with about 7 of them with dew points at 50+.
