Web Hosting

Anyone have recommendations for a cheap, paid, reliable web hosting provider? When I say cheap I mean less than $10 a month. I also need FTP access, and support with Microsoft FrontPage.

This is who I use to host my bands website. I have used them for 3 years or so and haven't had any problems with them. Its about $30 a year with FTP and Frontpage support. I recommend it alot.
