I haven't seen it but when they were interviewing the guy who is playing Superman I was thinking the same thing. How much he looks like Christopher Reeves.

I agree, YG. He not only bears a slight resemblance to Christopher Reeve...he sounds a bit like him also, especially certain lines he says and little ways he mutters words or sighs.

I saw it yesterday and thought it was awesome!! Of course, nothing will beat Chris Reeve as THE Superman in my book. But this was a very suitable sequel and a touching tribute. I'm sure Reeve would be proud if he could see it.

I wasn't fond of the suit though. Same look as always, but it was textured and looked more rubbery. The Superman suit has always been more of a silky smooth-looking fabric and the cape has always had a subtle scoop where it hangs down below the back of the neck. This one was more pleated or something and hung too flat between the shoulders. But it's very easy to look past that and enjoy the whole look, especially when the music kicks in

Aside from that, I'm not saying anything else because I don't want to give anything away. :)

ok so I liked the movie, but I didn't like spacey. He seemed too "dr. evil-y" to me. I just always thought there was an air of sophistication to him that was just missing. I liked the little twists in the movie etc. The ending was good, but I didn't think the movie was long at all. I actually thought it went by pretty quickly. Superman was played well. Lois lane was good too and I was pretty impressed by bosworth's performance. La Femme Nikita was hot as usual. And why was Kumar in the main credits when he didn't speak a damn word?
