Tropical Storm Risk's July Forecast Update released...

...No significant changes...

The basin-wide forecast with last month's numbers in parentheses...

ACE 143 +/- 37 (138 +/-39)

Intense Hurricanes 3.4 +/- 1.5 (3.4 +/- 1.5)

Hurricanes 7.7 +/- 1.9 (7.6 +/- 2.3)

Tropical Storms 14.1 +/- 3.6 (13.9 +/- 3.7)

Probability of above average ACE : 79% (74%)

Probability of average ACE: 19% (22%)

Probability of below average ACE: 2% (4%)

I'm glad to see the forecasters addressing activity in the areas where storms are formed. This is the first I've seen of "MDR"...
