It does all that for you. It makes them the size of Janices gator picture if you use the codes at the bottom, or you can use the codes at the top and it will make the thumbnail size, and you can click the picture to see it bigger. Try it again. :P

OH Nevermind............I just saw you posted your pic. Very good for a paint picture. Wow.

Boca, you have to hit the post reply button, it does not work for quick replies. :D

For those of you that are saying you do not see the browse button are you using the subrebel template? It is not installed in tshat template yet. So if you are using subrebel you will not see this option, you will have to use the subsilver template. I will add it to the subrebel one later this afternoon I promise.

Glad everyone likes it. Thought it would save you all some steps and help your overall posting experiance here at s2k

Since we're all using imageshack, the trick is to change the image url you put in your post from

http://imageshack.whatever.com/imagename5dc.jpg

to

http://imageshack.whatever.com/imagename5dc.th.jpg

This will display the thumbnail version if inserted directly before the filetype extension (.jpg, .gif, .png, etc.) in the url.

So jusforsean's would look like:

It won't work for me. How do I get the thumbnail to show up in my post by properly uploading it?

I just noticed NOW that my "test" from last night worked.

I was confused at first because I thought that when you selected the image after hitting "browse" it will load it for you in the post. I finally realized that you need to host it on Image Shack and then select the thumbnail or larger image link and then paste it to your post.

It does cut out a few steps. If you have a picture on your PC, you don't have to go out and get Photobucket, etc. to host it and then bring the image in. You can do it all in one step. :D
