Want to skip your highway commute on Tuesday? You can, by catching a free ride.

Dallas Area Rapid Transit—along with the Fort Worth and Denton County transportation authorities—want North Texas motorists to save a little gas, help the air quality and give public transportation a try.

The offer extends to all regular and express routes for buses, light rail services and the Trinity Railway Express linking Fort Worth and Dallas.
