I still like the wave out there in the deep tropics that emerged from Africa Sunday. Not a lot of convection, but it's still rotating, and in a big envelope at that - I look at the water vapor and I don't see all this dry air you guys are claiming is out there. Still think this one has a chance.

The TWOs don't mention every wave - only the ones that have at least a reasonable potential for development. So, there is a "read between the lines" aspect to all of this, IMO.

I agree. I think once it gets closer to the islands it may quickly spin up. It will probably continue a westward track which should move it into a favorable area for development.
