Here is what David Glenn says. If you are using Firefox you might have to use IE tab to get it to work. I had to.

I'm suprised it really took this long. This should of been an invest since this afternoon. Anyway, if deep convection persists throughout the night then I think we can have TD 3 tomorrow and this system will eventually become the first Atlantic hurricane of the season.
