Pretty much a repeat of yesterdays TWO, this one is from the 5:30 TWO.

A TROPICAL WAVE INTERACTING WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW IS PRODUCING
A LARGE AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER HISPANIOLA...EASTERN
CUBA...THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHEASTERN BAHAMAS...AND THE TURKS AND
CAICOS. UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE UNFAVORABLE FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT
DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM AS IT MOVES WESTWARD AT 15 TO 20 MPH.

They don't seem to think much of this.
