If this keeps up, a major typhoon may soon be in the news.

Did Prapiroon at least not make the news there? Although I do realise that Chris was active when it made landfall. I've seen all the other landfalling storms over there mentioned as well.

Does anyone know if there is a record on how many storms have formed in 24 hours? Because the WPAC have had 3 storms in 24 hours, amazing!!!
