It usually develop before the islands or waits until in the Western Caribb.

Looks to me like it had its top ripped-off by monsterly easterly shear.

Wait for a re-burst or Chris bust.

However, I do expect at least one major in the Caribbean this year (just not from 91L). Let's just hope that major doesn't curve back into the U.S. when it happens.

I am with you. Bring on the next teaser... ..I also expect a major this year but in the GOM.
I think the major that develops in the Caribbean may move into the GOM afterwards.

Sorry you are totally wrong! Plagarism is plagarism irregardless where the information comes from. If you are going to take information from any site, it needs to be presented like you did above.

True. But, we still have a good 75-80% of the season left. It's got to pick up at some point.

I don't see plagiarism either, everyone on this site always posts the advisories here. As long as he doesn't say,"This is mine" then it is not plagiarism. Why don't you look up plagiarism for yourself.

This is the old John Hope rule. I have heard some at TWC mention it over the years. Claudette in 2003 broke it though. I believe that might have been the last time I heard them mention it in regards to him.

Unless someone plainly passes off something as his own its not plagiarism. It was pretty obvious this came from NHC since it was copied in its entirety, including headers.

Agreed. The original post from Cycloneeye was not in that fashion. The above way is the way it should be.

From dictionary.com:

plagiarism

n 1: a piece of writing that has been copied from someone else and is presented as being your own work 2: the act of plagiarizing; taking someone's words or ideas as if they were your own

Therefore, if anyone post something, and says, "it's mine," but it's from some else, then it's plagiarism. If you post something, even that is not in your own words, but doesn't give credit to yourself or anyone else, then it cannot be counted as plagiarism.
