I almost was the first person to respond to this thread this morning, but I thought it would be better to see if everyone had a good sense of humour and let it die. Obviously, posting on page 2 != dead, at least so far . . .

EDIT: Wow, third post this minute . . . definitely not dead . . .

EDIT2: and a thanks to Jim below for my deadhead blunder. I'd have posted again to say thanks, but I didn't want to be the killer 8-) :lol:
