When Will Debby Form?

She will be our first hurricane and will form around Aug 20th +/- 3 days followed by a sharp increase in activity from then until about Oct. 20th +/- 5 days

Hurricane Wilma's Eye was passing over me on October 24th of last year here in South Florida.

I think Debby will form sooner than people think. All this being impatient with the hurricane season is a little much. Just because something is not forming doesn't mean it's not going to happen.

Anyway I'm going to say August 17th +/- 3 days.

August 18. First hurricane of 2006 and a major one.

probably last week of august. by then the pattern should be more favorable. I cant see anything forming out there for at least the next several days.

Aug 22 based on climotology, aug 24th based on my thoughts of a wet mjo, possibly less shear, and less SAL

Form the looks of things out there it is going to be awhile. Maybe in a few weeks but not befor then. Then again it might not be till sept. Till there is some moistor out there and the dyr air moves out and the ulls. No Storms.JMO

There has been some unuseble weather pattens going on. I mean look they got frost last night in up NY.This is Aug not Oct. What is up with that? We here have had 2 cool fronts that have came though in the last 2 weeks.
