Looks like the norhtern extent of the wave has a mid level circulation to it on sat.

A TROPICAL WAVE ACCOMPANIED BY A WEAK AREA OF LOW PRESSURE IS
LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS. THE ASSOCIATED
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN MINIMAL. DEVELOPMENT...IF
ANY...SHOULD BE SLOW TO OCCUR AS THE SYSTEM MOVES WEST-
NORTHWESTWARD AT 10 TO 15 MPH OVER THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.

yep, now they are saying "development IF ANY will be slow to occur" that sure sounded different from what they were saying this morning, but then again, this is 2006 for ya, the year of lots of shear and dry air......

Amazing what this time of year can do. Just as we write off 92, 93 and 94 appear. Just wait, the lid will come off within the next 10 days. Could become as active as 04 (remember that year, nothing really started until after the 13th, then all hell broke loose).
