Eastern Atlantic Recon?

I heard that the NHC are going to have Recon in the Eastern Atlantic Soon. If so where would they be based at and when would they first be available

NHC will not have anything in the E Atlantic

NASA will have some high altitude aircraft at the CV Islands this week

Well somebody has got to find all these missing storms that were forecasted. So it might as well be them.

They will conduct missions into tropical waves and the SAL. They are based in Sal, Cape Verde and you can access the data here.
