Looks like we now have 12W (noname) in the WPAC according to the Navy site.

JMA has named it Sonamu and Pagasa has named it Katring
Sonamu is a Korean word for a pine tree

11 TSs is about average now with 8.6 on average at the end of July and 14.1 by the end of August.

Actually, there isn't any wind classification on it, it's just a TD that's moving north at 35kts.

Looks like Fujiwhara started to take place but the southern cyclone was absorbed.
