AN UPPER LOW IS SE OF BERMUDA NEAR 29N62W GENERATING SCATTERED SHOWERS/ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS FROM 25N-31N BETWEEN 50W-63W.

Some models show slight development as it goes north:

Sorry, I thought yesterday evening another model showed development, but today NAM is the only one. And I think there is only a small chance of development.

That's what I thought. Most of these ULL take 5 to 10 days to work down to surface, if at all. I'm not sure how long this one has been around.
