Central Atlantic Wave VS TD4
I would be more concerned with the wave around 40w since it will possibly be a threat to the islands and this wave looks pretty good with some band like features. TD 4 will most likely become Debby and be a fish but on the other hand we can finally track something even though it will most likely not threaten any land masses.

Yes. This is the same one that the GFS kept developing and that fell apart right when it left the coast.
