based on that visible satelite imagery of tropical depression four, is it heading westnorthwestward as of now or has it changed to northwestward??lets hope its on a more westwardnorthwestward course

Look buddy....if you want a hurricane to hit you, then YOU can hope it's more on a west northwestward course. Keep "let's" out of this.

I think it's probably a 35kt to 40kt TS since this morning. But since it really hasn't gotten much better organized since then, it will probably not be upgraded at 5pm.

I believe that Derek was talking about the future strength of what is now called TD-4. If it crosses the ocean and hits the U.S., it could very well be a major hurricane then.
