Seriously??dang thats hurricane...i wouldnt wanna put that there. Id put it at 40kts now, but it could be as high as 45-50 knots at 11, IMO...by the way, is ther an 8pm advisry tonite?

No 8 PM as the TS Warning for the Cape Verde Islands was discontinued.

If it is obviously high and needs to be jumped, a Special Advisory could be issued.

Also look where the center is right in the middle of that Cdo/convection. This is in my very strongly believed option. A tropical storm.

The SFWMD site shows it aiming right at the NE US if you continue that track out..

Yes they can issue one, but they usually don't within 2 hours of a schedule full advisory. The latest I would expect a special advisory is 8:30 if one is issued.
