Airport is SAL on the Cape Verde Islands,,,per their mission statement they are out there till about 15sep.

They want to make a "Survey of TS Debby circulation at high and mid levels". But I don't think that these data plots will be available for us.

I'm afraid not. The GoogleEarth application does have an entry for dropsonde data, although that isn't working right now. I think they will drop some sondes and pass all relevant data on to the NHC.

Since this is a NASA and not a NOAA deal the data is getting to the NHC thru an alternate means probably...that pass over the top was timed perfectly for any last minute tweaks to the 1100 output from the NHC by the way. Also...if you are watching via google earth the current visible sat pix is interesting...when did that twin system due south develop? Suprise suprise.... :eek: :eek:

I am haveing trouble seeing the LLC can some one show me? I zoomed in and What seem to be to LLC is just south of path. I know I am wrong that is why I ask.
