Let me try to understand what you're saying. So they don't need to entirely close off a LLC in order to upgrade it? Just wondering. :) I'm still learning this stuff.

They need 360, but the rest is all there. Well, not W either but if they have NW and SW as part of a 360 they'll find a W too.

recon still has not found a NW wind, no readins of the wind direction between 270 and 360

I didn't see any NNW either, but that entire last set was all SW winds.

I asked cyc to highlight the NW wind, which does not seem to exist, unless I am reading the ibs incorrectly

I pointed out a sat center that I was able to fix
