What hurricane is more powerful?

Tropical cyclone Monica with a full black Cdo with perfect eye...With Sab and Cimiss maxing out over 8.0t. Or Typhoon Tip? Data shown Monica could of had sub 870 millibar readings. It was a amazing cyclone.

What do you think was stronger?

I cant say because I cant support it. I have nothing to base Monicas Pressure on.

If Cyclone Monica had a perfect pin-hole eye with everything else the same, I'd start to believe it would be more powerful then Tip. I heard Tip at one point at a pin-hole eye the same as Wilma's (Wikipedia) but there may not be proof of this claim. I think Typhoon Tip was more powerful then Monica, but not too much more. I think Monica had lower pressures then 880 mb IMO.

The problem is, there's no way to know since there were never any in situ measurements of the pressure in Monica just estimates based upon Satellite data and there was a scatter in that data.
