DNA not a match in JonBenet Ramsey murder case... whoops

but why did he only tell this professor about this one murder?. lets face it, until they can prove beyond reasonable doubt he was even in boulder when the murder occured, its all a moot point. since there is no evidence whatsoever he had ever heard of the ramseys prior to the murder he would have had to spemd a long time in boulder just to find someone to murder, then plan how to do it and get away with it. it should be simple to prove he was there, IF HE WAS THERE.
but that begs another question. why go to all that trouble when there were lots of girls close to home he could kill?

this is something that bothers me alot. the ramsey's, who i still feel are the likely killers, can afford the finest defense money can buy, while this guy has to rely on far less quality in his defense.

JonBenet's "celebrity" status, and the fact that she was undeniably beautiful...that would be more than enough for any sleazebag, y'think?

I wouldn't worry too much about his defense because I don't think this will ever get to trial. He is already making excuses about his DNA not matching. If his DNA doesn't match, there is no case! He confessed years ago and they didn't take him seriously. I do wonder if he might not have chatted with the real killer online.

but there is no evidence he knew of her until after he became fascinated by her death. and again, its preposterous he took off for what must have been a very long time when he had numerous victims close at hand

this guy is weird enough that even if he didnt commit this murder, he did jump bail on other crimes (possession of child pornography). maybe locking him up is a darned good idea. i'm not sure why there are so many folks jumping to his defense. even if he WANTS to be the one who killed her (but didnt) he needs to go away for a very long time, and not to Thailand.

perhaps we "jump" to his defense because we dont want him convicted of a crime he didnt committ. do any of us want that to happen to us? its dangerous thinking to say he should be convicted because he is a rotten human being. there are more than 1 example of rogue prosecutors going after someone.
i still feel strongly the ramseys committed the crime and i think its horrifying that they can manipulate the prosecutors and police in boulder because of their money, and mr karr has to rely on a substandard defense.
if the prosecutor can prove he did it, fine. until then i will continue to "jump' to mr karr's defense.

Disappointing. So much hope that this case would finally be solved and 10 years of pain would be over.
There is no doubt in my mind now that Mr. Karr is innocent. He probably talked to the real killer on some child pornography chat room or something.
Also, at this time, suspicion must again fall on the Ramseys and Mr. Ramsey in particular.

9NEWS has also learned the Boulder County District Attorney's office will not file charges against Karr in connection with the Ramsey case.
