Where is Ernestos center?

I'm just asking because I can't seems to pinpoint it.

Over southwest Chesapeake Bay, you can see it clearly here:

It's no longer tropical. Note that temperatures are in the mid to upper 50s around it.

Personally, I've seen guesses all over the place, but after staring at ob charts for a little while I'd say just north of Wakefield, VA (AKQ). I believe that is similar to the HPC position from 5pm, though I'm not sure. Radar supports a position about 20-30nm due north of AKQ, but my locations based on radar alone have been running too far north all day, so probably around 37.2N or 37.4N and 77.0W is a good bet IMO.

I'd say it's running pretty slowly. According to NHC's last issued forecast (graphic), they were expecting the center to be over south-central PA this morning....
