I think the creative falsification of an AP story is despicable. There's no way it was accidental, and it reflects very poorly on this forum which many people, including the news media, view.

The false story about the French meteoroligist was picked up by several other forums, and apparently some of the news media, although I never saw those televised remarks.

Regardless, no credible explanation has been offered as to why the AP article was faked, nor any link offered to suggest that it was anything other than faked. I'm not a moderator at this forum, but I know what I'd do if I were.

This person needs to come clean, or provide a better explanation.....

just re-read the bold paragraph in the AP story, dont like the repeat of 'tiny island' and it would be for the purpose of "research. not "of research. bs
