Nicest month of the year? What is it where you live?

#1 Postby Scott Patterson » Wed Sep 06, 2006 10:38 am

What is it where you live. Here it is usually September. Not too cold and not too hot. Temperatures in September here have ranged from a low of 8 to a high of 97, so it doesn't get that hot or that cold in September (but can get chilly in October!). Never any hurricanes here!

Check out our official highs and lows for the month so far:

September 1 79/37
September 2 79/30
September 3 82/29
September 4 84/30
September 5 86/32

Fairly cool nights, and warm, but not hot days. Very nice. In a couple of months it is going to get cold, so time to enjoy it now!

October or April

Enough rain to keep me happy, with temperatures in the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Occassional freezing temperatures, maybe some light snow. Perfect for me.

March here, especially later in the month. It is still quite pleasant outside, and low-mid 60's at night. The flowers are coming out, and you can definitely smell springtime.

September here I would say. High 60s/70s in the day normally, 40s at night.

I'd say June. Always a good mixed bag of weather in that month without too cold weather.

October by FAR 8-) Highs in the upper 50's to lower 60's, nights fall into the 30's and in a "normal" year, we get our first measurable snowfall somewhere between 30 October and 3 Nov. 8-) But the BEST thing I love about October.....all the da*n tourists are GONE

I don't know. IMO, it's actually February since I like rain. But, from a non-geek perspective, there really isn't an answer. All the months have their downsides.

It's been Beautiful here to start september

I'd guess the nicest months would be April, May, October and November, but I like snow so January is my favorite month.

October - it is the month with the most perfect temperature days! (that is around 60°F) But April is usually OK as well, if you need the rain . . .
