They will never upgrade to a depression with T1.0 anyway...

I think it's trying to give T-numbers to former 91L. There are some thunderstorms flaring up back there, but it's seems to be part of Flo's circulation now.

TROPICAL WAVE IS ALONG 46W S OF 17N MOVING W 10-15 KT. WAVE
CONTINUES TO BE ENTRAINED INTO TROPICAL STORM FLORENCE.
SCATTERED MODERATE/ISOLATED STRONG CONVECTION IS N OF THE WAVE
AXIS WITHIN 90/120 NM OF LINE 19N41W-21N47W.

It was taken down and was assumed to be merging with Florence.

In defence of this system, I do see a bit of circulation, but I'd be shocked if they called it TD7. (It would be lucky to see the name Gordon if they do give it that declaration as well)

No, look at the coordinates. It's what I thought was part of Florence(off to the east).
