Some well-deserved recognition for local NWS forecasters in the Florida Keys. Fantasy Fest is basically a tourism whackathon, but this shows some true local pride and respect for the National Weather Service staff.

KEY WEST, Fla. -- Meteorologists at the National Weather Service's Key West office have been selected as Fantasy Fest grand marshals, festival officials announced Saturday.

I've never been to a FF, but from what I've read...Nude and drunk meteorologists..what a sight!!!
