your right if it keep going west, but I think it will turn out to see just like the rest

No. It would be far more likely that the little disturbance east of the Leewards would affect Florida. 96L will get ushered out by the trough. The little disturbance was the SW part of the siamese twins from 96L, and is an interesting feature. If it can stay south of the shear to its NW it could develop.
