A Low 21N 35W????

On the TWD of 2pm,the NHC put a low near 21N 35W!!!!!Someone see something???There is no mention of the Low SO of the CV islands that they indicate in their TWO of 11 30am.....
Where is tehe mistake????

It's at 31N/35W. Subtropical low. I mentioned it in another thread as a possible named STS early next week.
