CPC October Update=El Nino Likely thru Early 2007

EL NINO
YEP. I read that this morning on there site. Who would of thought but it is a blessing this year. We need a break. What concerns me is what will the ENSO be next Hurricane season. Neutral or La Nina. No one really knows for sure and the models didn't get this one either. Will have to wait and see what pans out.

One thing is for sure is that this El Nino event will not be like the 1997 one which was a very strong one,instead it will be between Weak to Moderate.The question will be,how long it will last.
