One year.

Blame two of last years many tropical systems for it (Tammy and STD 22)

Yes...even though I dont live up there, here we got slammed as well. Those are a couple pics of the flooding we received here in coastal NC...here is the NWS Write-up and the rest of the pics:

Don't remind me, Route 29 was flooded for a week, couldn't get back to PA from NJ the easy way, had to go around a detour along with about 300,000 other people!
