Talkin Tropics show tonight

I believe Talkin Tropics resumes once again tonight, but at what time per EST will it air tonight? Will it be 8:30PM EST or another time?

Just decided to post this since the show airs today at night (as it's Thursday). I believe Mike should be just about back from Mississippi as well.

Thanks for checking in...

Yep back at 9PM EDT this evening...will run for an hour. Not sure exactly what we will discuss yet...but I am leaning toward:

1. Activity for rest of October
2. What went wrong with seasonal forecasts this season
3. Feedback from the Gulf Coast visit

We will only go 1 hour tonight...as I have a bunch of work to do before/after the show...and besides...what on earth could possibly take 2 hours to discuss about the tropics?

Looks like the 18% is going to verify...

Just like the 18% verified this hurricane season- there was an 82% chance of a major cane hitting the US- 18% not. The 18% verified as in the case with MW.

TALKIN TROPICS HAS CONTINUED TO STRENGTHEN AGAINST ALL ODDS

WE HAVE SAID THIS BEFORE AT TIMES DURING THE PAST SEVERAL NIGHTS... ONLY TO HAVE TALKIN TROPICS MAKE A COMEBACK THE FOLLOWING MORNING... BUT TALKIN TROPICS REALLY DOES NOT APPEAR AS STRONG THIS EVENING AS IT DID THIS AFTERNOON.

It looks like there was a convective flare-up towards the last half of the show as a bunch of people were on...also Timmy got on for the first time in a couple months and got a comment said over the air...:lol:
