Personally, I thought the questions would be a lot tougher...

I am a little sad two of the Deal or No Deal models have been eliminated...

You would be amazed... a lot of people can't answer how many states are in the US. I'm not kidding...

I also think Bob Saget seems to be the perfect host for it..

While I've seen the movie... I would have known the answer simply from the commerical on TV. So far... I'd be sitting with him w/ $100K...

He just walked away with $135,000. Nice.

This show is really good... I have lost interest in DOND, but I think this will stick around(it's only a 6-week run for now).

Those questions were too easy for the most part.

I have not seen Training Day but I knew the other two options were boxing movies.

It's a very nice program in which earning money seems very easy with a modest education.

By the way, I had no idea on the Hawaiian cuisine question. LOL, I only know a lot about Cuban food and American!!!

Agree.

The other day I was watching "Who wants to be a Millionare" and the question for $25,000 was, In 2005, what was the population of the Earth?
Please, who doesn't know we're already over 6.5 billion people on this planet.

They should try something like, in what year did the human population of Earth reached 1 million? or something like that.

The million dollar question one time was "How far from the Sun is the Earth?" Who doesn't know it's 93 million miles. Sheesh. We learned that in 1st grade!

O rly?

During the trip to Canada, my first stop was Detroit. That night in the motel I watched a game show called "Super Greed".

One of the questions, there were 5 lines and the goal was to pick the four correct lines that appear on the national anthem.

How the game works, there's 4 people and then one leader in a group who's trying to win up to 2 million (They were on the $100,000 question). Each person picked one, and each choice was correct. Then the leader, for some weird reason, changed one of the answers.

The entire group paid the price. They lost.

Greed is one of the best game shows ever made. Super Greed was even better, it was up to $4,000,000. The leader does have the choice of changing a answer.

I watched this show, it's good. Bob Saget is just fine for this type of game show. I wonder if some rude jokes will roll out some time? I remember on DOND, the host made pretty rude one about a husband and wife running after each other.

The questions were odd. They were mainly "new" questions based on movies and TV shows with some food mixed in there. They were easy but there also were some that I had no clue on. It was flawed a bit IMO. Weird....

1 vs. 100 actually had more viewers than Deal or No Deal last night and won the 9pm hour for NBC! It also grew throughout the hour(very rare for a premiere of any show) meaning that there was no massive turnout as the hour went on, which is good for next week.

Kicking off Primetime, "Deal or No Deal" on NBC took a 7.0/13 (3.0), beating CBS's "Ghost Whisperer," 6.2/11 (2.6). "Major League Baseball" on FOX took a 4.8/9 (2.0), beating a repeat of "Grey's Anatomy," 4.1/7 (1.8). "WWE Friday Night SmackDown!" on the new CW took a 2.0/4 (1.1).

At 8:30, "Deal or No Deal" rose to a 7.5/13 (3.4) to beat "Ghost Whisperer," 6.6/12 (3.0). "Major League Baseball" inched up to a 5.7/10 (2.5), beating "Grey's Anatomy," 4.6/8 (2.2). "WWE SmackDown!" took the rear, taking a 2.2/4 (1.4).

The new hour saw the premiere of NBC's new game show, "1 vs 100" take a 7.7/13 (4.0), beating CBS's "Close to Home," 7.2/12 (2.7). "Major League Baseball" on FOX took a 5.4/9 (2.3), beating a fresh episode of "Men in Trees," 5.0/9 (2.1). "WWE SmackDown!" took a 2.4/4 (1.4) for The CW.

With The CW closing the night, NBC stayed in the lead with "1 vs 100," taking a 7.8/13 (4.3), beating "Close to Home," 7.4/13 (2.8). "Major League Baseball" took a 5.7/10 (2.5) for FOX, beating "Men in Trees," 5.1/9 (2.2). "SmackDown!" took last again, taking a 2.4/4 (1.5).

I like them both.. I'm ticked that they're moving 1 vs 100 to the 8 pm slot lol.. That's when I get off work so I might miss it lol or parts of it

BTW.. More hype for Monday nights "Deal".. Maybe Mrs. Jets fan will end up being the 1st millionaire..
