More likely it's just kids doing pranks. As we saw with 9/11, Al Quaeda doesn't mess around with threats.

He should be charged with terroristic threatening and causing panic.

He'll probably be charged with making a threat. He didn't incite a panic, as far as I know.

Good advice. Never put anything online that can remotely be interpreted as a threat. With the FBI wtahcing everything we do and with our eroding civil rights, it's not unlikely that you'd be questioned or arrested for it.
