Another Transit Strike

#1 Postby TexasStooge » Mon Nov 06, 2006 7:23 am

Union workers of a transit system called "The T" in Fort Worth, TX are on strike today. Service continues by other employed drivers, but expect delays. The good news is that the service is fare-free. Train service from the Trinity Railway Express is not affected.

Since then, ridership of The T is down 14% due to reduced schedules and loss of fare money.
