2 slices of whole grain bread. One with cheese (doh ;)) and one with 'hagelslag' (chocolate sprinkles). All of this washed away with a glass of freshly pressed orange juice.

I don't have time to eat before leaving for work. I take my thyroid medicine and can't eat 30-60 minutes after taking it.

Normally my breakfast is at 6 or 7 at night (since I'm a shift worker), but for once I had the pleasure of sleeping at night. Therefore, this morning I had a top sirloin steak with a couple of eggs, hash browns, pancakes, and a big ol' glass of pineapple juice.

Cajun Mama, I take thyroid medicine also and I eat right after taking it. I don't much but I do have to have something to eat before going out on my crossing duty so I usually have a bowl of instant grits or oatmeal.
My thyroid gland was removed due to thyroid cancer in 1999. I take Synthroid at 150mgs.
