What's for Thanksgiving?

#1 Postby azsnowman » Sat Nov 11, 2006 7:38 pm

I've already got my menu planned out....

Organic turkey from a specialty market here in town, mashed taters, candied yams, chestnut dressing, tomato shrimp aspic, a veggie of sorts (squash I'm sure)...ya know, the usual turkey day dinner.

What time do y'all eat? Us...about 1400 hours.

And YES....I cook 99.99% of the dinner, Michelle's the baker.

Turkey, Stuffing, Candied Yams, Homemade cole slaw, homemade dinner rolls, brown gravy (turkey gravy is blech) , good old fashioned Jewish Rye Bread and real butter and probaly pumpkin pie unless I can get a shoo fly pie :D

I will be fixing a small ham and a small breast of turkey, mashed potatoes, dressing , gravy and broccoli or other green veggie. Of course we will have the cranberry sauce.
